Rose’s Red Imperial India-Style Red Ale

ABV: 8.4%     IBU: 77

One of Our Favorites, and Winner of the Silver Medal at the 2019 Best Florida Beer Competition, the Centenial and Cascade Hops Are Balanced By the Four Varieties of Malt Used to Produce This Beer.

Half-Moon Island American Witbier

ABV: 6.3%     IBU: 15

Our American Wit Bier Brewed with Fresh Ground Coriander and Fresh, Hand-Peeled Clementines. 

Haze is the Craze Hazy IPA (Last Keg)

ABV: 6.8%     IBU: 12

Late Addition Citra, Cascade and Ekuanot Hops are Used to Create Our Version of a Hazy & Juicy IPA – Light, Crisp & Bright! 

Hippity Hop Easter Basket Stout

ABV: 7.0%     

We took our base stout and added Reeses Peanut Butter Eggs, Whopper Robin Eggs, Cadbury Milk Chocolate and Cream Eggs, Peeps, Vanilla Ice Cream and Peanut Powder! 

Full Sesh Session Ale

ABV: 4.6%     IBU: 33

Named after one of our favorite Bands, this is our version of a Session IPA.  We used Citra, Azecca & Mosaic Hops. 

P.J. Mombat Florida Weisse

BV: 7.1%     IBU: 5

We added pounds of fresh strawberries and added rhubarb, graham cracker, vanilla and dragon fruit to bring you our first Florida Weisse Berliner!

SMASH 2.0 Pale Ale

ABV: 5.9%     IBU: 32

Our First Beer Brewed Again!  Vienna Malt & Cascade Hops.

We partnered with 1500 breweries and brewed Sierra Nevada’s beer to help support the victims of the “Camp Fire” California fires.  100% of all proceeds go to the “Camp Fire Relief Fund”.

GJ’s Robust Porter

Chocolate & Roasted Malts are the Backbone of this Robust Porter.

Buffalo Chicken Cuban – Buffalo chicken, cheddar and jalapeños pressed on Cuban bread with celery sticks tortilla chips and blue cheese.

Traditional Cuban Sandwich – Ham, Cuban pork, mustard, Swiss cheese and pickle pressed on Cuban bread.  Served with plantain chips

Pesto Turkey on Cuban – Shaved turkey breast, fresh pesto and mozzarella pressed on Cuban bread.  Served with chips.

Italian Pressed Sandwich – Ham, Salami, Pepperoni, mozzarella and crushed olives pressed on a Cuban roll. Served with marinara & chips
